Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Returns are accepted on full-price items that are unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or damage.
Return labels are available for orders shipped within the continental U.S. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, based on the shipping requirements of your return.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on location.

U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days after shipment. Please note that deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We can’t wait to expand soon.

Preorders
Some of our pieces are offered as preorders to allow for thoughtful production and to reduce overproduction.
Processing Time
Preorder items have an estimated production and shipping timeline of 6–8 weeks. This is an estimate and may vary.
Shipping
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order will ship once all items are ready.
If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Delivery Timing Disclaimer
Preorder delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production or shipping factors outside of our control.
Final Sale
All preorder items are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged once placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Blaire Rose Baby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@blairerosebaby.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
